June to July 2011:. My working position was a team leader. I was responsible to accomplish correctly promotion activities that they were carried out every day and night. I got a lot of information about how large firms corporate in the field of sales, promotions, customer service and quality.
This job enabled me to improve my communication skills and my ability to work in a team. It enhanced my customer service skills and dealing with the on-the-job problems under pressure and customer complaints.
