I co-founded Options Online with one of my clients, Builders Showcase Interiors. Then, led the development team in creating the first online design studio that became the leading web-based Options Management Application for New Home Builders and Design Centers.

As President, I was responsible for developing the product and services, as well as the business development, sales and marketing.

I hired and led a team of talented industry professionals who developed client services to support the online technology.

With my background in training I also developed the implementation and training for new home salespeople and designers to successfully make the transition from traditional selling, to selling using technology to engage the homebuyer. This included redesigning the sales environments and customer engagement in sales offices, model homes, design centers and use of mobile applications.

Combining technology, new sales environments and training dramatically increased in sales, customer satisfaction and reduced costs.

The success of Options Online won it the following national awards for new home technology.

In May 2009, I negotiated the sale of a copy of the Options Online software source code to another client of mine, Chateau Interiors & Design and they rebranded Options Online as Studio Chateau. Along with the software Studio Chateau hired the lead designer and programmer and several of the original directors and management team of Options Online.

Studio Chateau has continued to update and develop the software application to keep it the leading application service provider of options management and online design studios to the new home building industry.

Created leadership, sales management, sales training and motivational courses.

Began researching and speaking about the coming wireless boom and technology in 1992. Developed training on the use of the internet and web based technology in sales, marketing and the buying experience.

Developed industry specific courses, Floor Fashion Selling & Finished Home Design for flooring covering retailers, design centers and furniture retailers. These courses along with many others are now available in The Making Customers Series and Moore Leadership & Peak Performance.

Responsiblities included recruiting, hiring, training and motivating a salesforce that grew A&M to the status of Floor Focus magazines, top 100 flooring retailer and top 10 single location.

In addition, I was responsible for showroon design, product selection, merchandising and was Involved in developing all marketing and advertising.

I developed innovative "floor fashion" sales training that was recognized by DuPont, Allied Chemical and flooring manufacturers Mohawk, Shaw, Armstrong and Karastan, that created results far above industry averages.
