Mike is a well experienced engineer in the ICT sector having spent over 15years at Malawi Railways as Chief Engineer (Telecommunications, Electrical and Signalling).

He also spent over ten years ( two of which as Ag. DG) at MACRA where he was involved in ICT regulatory assignments.

He worked for BR in the UK and CN in Canada. He also spent one year with Malawi Telecommunications Ltd on network planning, with Alcatel - France on PABX maitenance and Sweed Rail on Railway management.
