I have been training parkour for a total of about 3 or 4 years. Through parkour I have found a way to express myself and to free myself from my surroundings. Parkour is more than just a simple act of jumping and flipping, just as there is more to computing that clicking a mouse, or more to surgery that a scalpel and blood.
I've taught myself everything I know in parkour, from the very basics of vaults up to the extreme flips we use on a day-to-day training basis while out on the streets.
There has never been an obstacle I have approached and thought I can not ever do that, however, knowing my limitations helps a great deal as this prevents me from seriously harming myself. In addition it allows me to push myself just beyond those limitations in order to further my skills.
I plan to take parkour into another direction. I would like to use my skills to help others and to begin a career in performing arts. I feel there is a great deal that we can teach the next generation, and by doing so start moving them onto the path that our youngsters should be taking rather than how they are stereotyped today.
IT Support Engineer
From July 2012
I currently work full-time as an IT Support Engineer and part-time with my parkour team on the weekends Thanet Dragons, to enhance our skills and start putting Thanet on the map of the United Kingdom. We are aiming to put parkour out there is a big a fashion as possible. It is our goal to make the public aware that we are not hooligans, that we just enjoy the ability to explore the art of movement. To us everything we do it natural like walking is to any other person. When something this unique comes to you as being natural, then you simply must pursue it.
August 2011 - August 2011
A one-night performance of freerunning and parkour that required a weeks rehearsal. We we recruited at the last moment and so did not have a very long time to practice. This was nonetheless a very exciting and thrilling project to have taken part in. My team and I were honored to perform alongside Wayne McGregor of Random Dance.
From September 2010
Just finished playing Call of Duty for the day, if anyone fancies joining me, simply add me on Xbox Live: Airo Shinobi.
I'll be online tomorrow, probably in the afternoon around 4ish GMT. This being weather dependent as I may be able to go out free running :D
Most Recent Call of Duty Montage
As a sniper in Call of Duty and as many others do I take the challenge upon myself of using a sniper rifle, most often a bolt-action one, in a close quarters battle situation. It requires fast reaction times, quick reflexes and above all else, accuracy.
There's not very much that is satisfying about Call of Duty unless it is all done with the use of a sniper rifle. You can truly say you have skill when you know how to use one of these.
I am aiming to bring a Black Ops II montage out very soon, with bits and pieces from MW3 as well.

Our latest video is up on YouTube! Please watch, rate and share the video!
Finally got around to updating my parkour page. It's been rather empty recently so I'm hoping adding my keywords and description should be of use.
I'm thrilled to be able to start putting my name against parkour properly and begin a start I've wanted to for a while.
