Building 300 – Installed new “Fire / Life / Safety system while maintaining strict infectious control protocols. Cost $300,000

Building 206, 220, 258 and 500 - Retrofit elevators – Replaced existing cabs, motors, control centers (traction and hydraulic) and upgraded system while building was occupied. Cost: $1.5 million

Phase 6 – Replaced medium voltage (5 kv) cables, transformer and 480V switchgear. Coordinated and scheduled outages, testing and energizing the system (through-out the NE section of the facility). Cost $ 2 million.

Bld. 99 – Reconstructed 4160v electrical vault (concrete and lid). Installed temporary sub-station with Edison while maintaining continuous power to the facility. Cost $900,000.

USACE / Loma Linda VA – Installed 48 low voltage lighting panels (480/277v), eight Motor Control Centers and several Automatic Transfer Switches while maintaining uninterrupted service to the facility. Cost $2.2 million

Corland-Carlson Property Management
Washington Mutual Building – Downtown LA. Constructed in 1926. Responsible for the seismic retrofit of the first seven floors. Project required steel reinforced concrete columns and grade beams. Also, restored retrofit areas to original condition. Cost $1,000,000.
Additional projects consisted of basic slab-on-grade, sidewalks, curb and gutters and following Cal Trans guidelines.

First Congregational Church of Long Beach
Remodel / Addition. Concrete construction of three floors, basement and elevator shaft. Project consisted of pilasters, poured in place walls, court yard and block retaining walls. Cost $2 million
