Iam a Cuisine Chef who cooks privately for small parties and private dinners for special events,birthdays,graduations, and small family get-togethers, I like cooking for small parties/families because it's more of a personal experience for the client. I am a baker as well, i make all my own desserts. I sell gourmet cheesecakes and made to order cakes,tarts,pies and some pastries.When cooking i love a variety of foods, Ilove to cook French, Mexican,Italian,Cajun,American cuisines.Born and raised in Southeast Texas I am no stranger to Southern cooking as well. I am very versitile in the kitchen, and make my menus according to the clients wants and needs.
