STALLION SECURITY (PTY) LTD

with the Functioning and the financial viability of the department. For the first eleven months the main focus was on conducting polygraph examinations to get the budget requirements met and to start with the investigations division within the department.

Apart from conducting polygraph examinations and investigations, I am also responsible for employing, deploying, and managing of Field Operatives for clients.

I have towards the end of July 2012 completed in excess of 7000 polygraph examinations.

American Polygraph Association I

every year as required by the American Polygraph Association I attended and completed the latest specialised and advance American Polygraph Association (APA) accredited training course in Polygraph. The APA requires 32 hours of continuous education every two years. The APA in South Africa provides training on a yearly basis of 16 hours.

Identifying a need with my clients and because of stringent measures introduced by the SAPS, I purchased an AFIS scanner and underwent training to capture fingerprints on the AFIS system. The training session was held on Friday 27 May 2011.

INVESTMENT SURVEYS (PTY) LTD
Truth Verification Services

Since my employment with Investment Surveys (PTY) LTD I was appointed as the Manager: Truth Verification Services. This responsibility entailed the administration of the department, sourcing and quoting on new business, conducting polygraph examinations, invoicing, debt collecting and follow up, report writing, entering details of subjects on a database etcetera. During March 2002 I attend a forensic interviewing course by Megaplan IIS in Centurion.

During April 2001, I did attend a 40-hour American Polygraph Association (APA) accredited training course in pre and post-conviction sex offender testing. The venue for this course was the CSIR in Pretoria and was facilitated by the Veri-dicus Group (Pty) Ltd.

At the end of September 2002 I was retrenched from the employment of Investment Surveys due to the Securicor Gray (Holding Company) acquiring the services of Integra (PTY) LTD Profile Assessment Centre. (The retrenchment resulted from the fact that Integra made use of a pool of polygraph examiners and Securicor could therefore not keep me employed at Investment Surveys.)
