As part of the operations team, I actively manage the full lifecycle of online research projects. Responsible for co-ordinating with internal teams and communication with the client throughout the project. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and worked autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing all types of projects (including high complexity projects such as large multi-countries, complex scripting and complex quota management) unassisted with accuracy and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Co-ordinate communications with a range of clients including media, strategic and corporate clients as well as from market research agencies from the project kick-off meeting (where I confirm the project specifications and timelines) and then continue to be the point of contact for the client for the duration of the study.
• Manage the documentation of the projects ensuring all internal stakeholders (sales, programming & sampling) understand and agree timelines.
• Responsible for knowing and adhering to the internal processes at all times.
• Responsible for checking the online survey prior to launch for:
o suitability and quality
o checking screening criteria
o checking quotas against project specifications
• Monitoring of the progress of the project, update the client, highlight any problem areas and propose effective solutions both internally and externally.
• Manage and maintain the relevant internal systems with all relevant information.
• Close of the project and inform other internal stakeholders within specified timelines.

Love on Long Coffee Shop was established by me in November 2011. Since being sold in May 2012, we were featured in one of Cape Town's most prestigious on-line magazines and managed to surpass all competitors within the very popular Long Street Mall.
