• Serve as the master Facilitator for train the trainer up skilling sessions.
• To conduct all the required train the trainer sessions to ensure the required quality standard is maintained.
• To assist and/or evaluate the delivery of all training done by external providers in line with the quality assurance framework.
• To play the role of assessor for the evaluation of delegate competence.
• To play the role of moderator to ensure fair and consistent assessment across all programs conducted in Customer Services.
