I was responsible for the normal every day office duties, organise team building for call centre staff, reconcile accounts on financial system (oracle/SAP) prepare payments arrange meetings between Trade Partners and Executives. Compile and prepare monthly reports. Assist with managing temporary staff agencies and Trade Partners. Also arranged team building for management and staff.
