Michelle frequently speaks on the importance of strategic communications and has spoken at DIT, The Marketing Institute, LYIT, University of Ulster as well as her alma mater DCU. She is currently a non-executive board member of Ogilvy Ireland and a former President of the Donegal Women in Business network (2005-2007).
