Sourcing and interviewing candidates through various channels with appropriate qualifications and necessary references.
Thorough reference checking.
Presenting CV's and good calibre candidates to clients.
Advertising, as well as searching various job portals for suitable candidates, screening CV's, interviewing and shortlisting.
Receiving regular job specs from clients, taking down thorough job descriptions.
Ability to multitask and work various positions simultaneously.

Full NQF 5 in Financial Planning (more than 60 credits);
Regulatory Examination Certificate;
At least 12 Months practical experience as a Financial Advisor;
You should have issued at least R300,000 total (overall) commission during the past 12 months. Your total 2012, year to date, issued commission statements and 2011/2012 IRP5 are required.
