Yoga

I instruct beginning, Intermediate, and advanced yoga including: yoga mat, yoga flow, yoga core, yoga power, gentle yoga, yoga ball, yoga pilates, and yoga for sports conditioning as well as injury.

Pilates

I teach a variety of pilates classes from beginner, intermediate, and advanced, including: pilates mat, pilates fusion, pilates flow, pilates dance. Included in my fusion and dance classes are the use of toys such as small balls, bars, bands, pilates rings, rollers, stability balls. Pilates dance incorporates several dances such ballet, ballroom and freeform dance.
Use pilates to increase flexibility, creating lean muscle mass.
