Responsible for providing glassware cleaning service to all members of the department, maintain high standards of efficiency. Liaising with the technical and research staff, and the Laboratory Manager to discuss maintenance of equipment as appropriate.
Provide cover for the Purchasing Assistant, which includes sorting the deliverer and recipting of the goods to the labs in an efficient and timely manner. And have knowdlege of the UFS system.
More recently I have taken on extra duties such as organizing the autoclave (clean, dirty) waste .Cleaning the cat II room, and collecting and recycling waste. I also make PBS for the Sinclair lab and the Gaston lab. Re filling the virkon tubes and filling the pipette tips. And collecting everybody's rubbish bags

Cleaning lab rooms and cleaning Barclay's bank in the evening.
Making medical pack for the private Hospital and the NHS Service.
Tel Sales answering the telephone and calling potential customers.
