Welcoming guests, showing potential guests around the establishment. Answering busy switchboard, giving information over the phone about the establishment, answering e-mails, sending e-mails, making bookings, posting adverts on internet sites, typing of documents and letters, data capturing. Housekeeping duties - eg. in charge of the cleaning staff, see to the general hygiene and ambience, in charge of the kitchen and see that the necessary food stuff is available
typist/data capturer/audio transcriber
I do online typing, audio transcription. At the moment I am doing audio transcription for a lady at Cape Mental Health who is currently writing her thesis. She e-mails audios of her work and meetings to me and I transcribe them and e-mail the finished and correct copies to her.
I have to be dedicated and pay attention to detail as there is usually a deadline and have to check my work myself because it is very important to me to produce work of a high standard and keep my work givers satisfied and that they will recommend me to their associates and friends and make use of my service again
I do have my own p.c. and reliable internet connection, and am willing to work after hours and on week ends
