o Opening of case files;
o Follow up with the CCMA in respect of case status regarding a Conciliation, Arbitration or escalated to the Labour Court;
o Obtaining information in respect of the applicant for the Respondent to make their case;
o Assisting where necessary Account Manager’s in respect of the applicant’s case;
o Upkeep of the IR department case logs and schedules pertaining to all cases;
o Typing of the IR department Minutes of Meetings;

o Scheduling of the Group Executive and IR Specialist meetings when requested;

o This position was a great learning experience.

I dealt with the company secretarial requirements, SARS requirements for tender purposes. Liaising with banking institutions in respect of required tender documents.

Personal projects of achievement

This being a personal project, I think it achievements and proud of them.

I have mosaiced my outdoor wooden table and brought it back to life.
