Many years experience in cutting and boning meat in Slovakia in Ireland and Norway

Duties and skills: After finishing my study I started to work in a company producing fresh syrup and mineral water in 1994 where I worked as a production manager till 1997.
I was responsible for the whole production in the factory
After this job I started to work in a meat factory in my hometown as a boner - cutter with pork meat.
Since at the college my specialization was exactly for the meat production after 1 year of experience in the production I became a supervisor for the production of pork meat.
I have a lot of experience with boning - cutting of pork meat, vacuum packing of meat and also with driving a fork lift.
Having gained sufficient amount of experience I decided myself to go abroad and find a job somewhere in Europe even if it was before my country SLOVAKIA became a part of the European Union.
So in the beginning of 2002 I left Slovakia and started to work in Ireland.
Since my first day in Ireland I still work at meat factories as a boner - cutter.
At the beginning I worked in HONEY CLOVER company.
After 3 years I moved to a different town so I changed my employer and I started to work in KERRY FOODS company as a boner of pork legs.
After 8 years I left Ireland and went back to Slovakia and worked at
MECOM s.r.o. Lucenec meat factory in a boning area "Boning pork legs".
