I worked in the Nike warehouse in Washington which entailed me to accept deliveries, picking, packing, goods in, unloading, stock count and stock allocation working as part of a 3 man team. I have also worked in r-tek for 5 months as an agency worker this entailed working on a production line making interior door panels hitting daily targets making sure all parts are quality checked before distribution for Nissan motors. At the moment I am working for tradecraft in the warehouse picking and packing of fairtrade products for dispatch again hitting daily targets.

Customer service was very important, listening and communication skills. Selling directly to customers it was important to clarify all information was correct before process of sales. Self motivation was important when working on my own but also able to motivate others when working as part of the team. Objection handling and energy advice was a daily challenge.

Customer service was very important part of my daily role as was achieving daily money collections & sales targets. Sales from catalogue on 8 weekly rotas, collecting payments which were collected via meters attached to television sets in the home. Debt collections and recovery of goods was part of my role but offering advice and help from me solved most issues customers had. Achieving targets as an individual and as part of a team was a challenging so prioritizing daily work load was very important.
