Personal Fitness Trainer for Performers;
I am an experienced Personal Trainer and lifestyle coach, working primarily, though not exclusively with performers.This is because, having been an actor, clown and performing arts lecturer myself, I am in a good position to understand the physical,mental & emotional issues that affect performers at all levels of their profession.
These range from image issues - too big/too small; to issues related to injuries sustained, after which many people require rehabilitation to get them back on track and with weight issues and general fitness & confidence issues.
I use a mixture of weight-training, CV, martial arts exercise, meditation & concentration and NLP to assist performers with regaining centre stage.
