I am skilled and capable of producing work to a high standard in the following trades bricklaying, plastering, rendering, groundwork including concreting and floor laying including screeding slabbing and ceramics. I have a good knowledge and am capable in the following; carpentry, basic plumbing and basic wiring although my qualification in the latter is 13 edition regs and therefore other than basic electrics I would not entertain anymore than this as i am not qualified to 17th edition or instrument and testing. I have developed my own housing and done all the work I am qualified to complete to a high standard including painting and decorating and am experienced at working to agents snag sheets .

day Worked for various local and not so local builders including MJ Hunts, Lands Properties, Abbey Homes,
Duval builders, SDC, Miller Homes and Taylor Wimpey to name a few.
Also worked for agencies including Tradeline. Matching brickwork too 15 th Century walls and lime and glass flooring to listed buildings including Chicheley Hall, Buckinghamshire.

September 2008 Completed ABBE Level 4 NCVQ foundation degree surveying and understanding housing defects.

Vauxhall NVQ Centre Co-ordinator

From January 2002

by Plant Director George Chambers and with a team of 12 Assessors reporting to me as Internal Verifier successfully controlled Assessment process and Verified up to 1200 employees skilled and production workers to level 3 NVQ crossover multi skilling and level 2 NVQ Performing Manufacturing Operations.This included some assessing as the target date of completion got closer.

March 2002 NVQ Certificate level 3 in LCCIEB Customer Service.
Worked on decommissioning Luton plant equipment and fixtures also worked on asset sale with Auctioneers.

I have successfully modernised many houses over the years selling them on at a profit.
This work entailed submitting drawings obtaining building and planning approvals as required and project managing the projects I commissioned.

To keep costs down I completed electrical installation also carpentry 1st and second fix, bricklaying, plastering, small plumbing sinks, baths outside taps, flooring, window fixing, steel RSJ fitting and painting and decorating along with stripping out kitchens and refitting with bespoke.
I also carried out damproofing tasks to properties I developed also installed wall and loft installation.

for my work in Lifetime Learning with the apprentices that led to Multi skilling of the tradesmen and women at Vauxhall Motors Luton.

I also was a leading part of the team that introduced Degree courses into Vauxhall in conjunction with Luton University. This was aimed at production and craft team members along with management members again this was successful for these grades of workers.
