I am currently employed as a Learndirect Sfl and Employability Tutor / Advisor for a Nottinghamshire based company that teaches adults their Key Skills in literacy, numeracy and IT, as well as offering an Entry Level 3 / Level 1 Work Skills programme aiming to teach basic employability techniques. My role requires me to:

* engage and support learners with their learning
* be competent and confident with filling out their support paperwork, justifications, and maintaining their learning progress on the Learndirect and company database.
* support both group work and individuals in the Employability Skills such as writing CV's, applications and preparing for interviews
* have experience of lecturing and tutoring in English, Mathematics, Work Skills and IT Level 1 and 2 (Home and Office)
* assess and verify work to a UFI and SFA accredited standard
* manage a small team for project work
