Campus Rejuvenation @ Singapore Polytechnic

This was an effort to look into the overall Masterplan of the Polytechnic, and to propose a series of Improvement Works, espectially for the greying Building / Engineering blocks. These Improvement works were subsequently implemented campus wide in different phases.

Apartment @ Downtown Singapore

The use of clean lines to enhance the long space. Light colours create an a cool, airy feel, whilst creating a background for the owners to bring in funky pieces of furniture, art pieces, as well as other decorative items.

Kitchen @ Hillcrest, Singapore

Light colours "open" up this modest kitchen, and instantly lights up its interiors! Heavy duty hardware was specified to cope with equally heavy duty cooking equipment owned by serious chef-of-an-owner!

Terrace House @ Marymount, Singapore

This 3-storey Terrace House is a new erection for a family with 3 boys. The typical long-ish houseplan of a an intermediate terrace necessitated the use of a pair of Airwells both for lighting as well as to facilitate ventilation. Totally automated Greenwalls were introduced in these airwells, as a means of softening the space, as well as to offer a visual treat to the occupants and visitors alike.

Apartment Interior @ Eastern Singapore

This apartment is about to be face-lifted after 8 years! The driving force behind this design is a quest for a continuous open space, achieved by reconfiguring the exsting Kitchen and Dining Room space. A Wet Kitchen will take care of daily cooking duties, while the Dry Kitchen is integrated into the entirety of the Living Room Space, creating a seamless transition as one enters into this home.
