China Head of Supply Chain Management for ABB Motor and Generator Busines Unit, including 4 plants, related to 4 Product Group (Large AC Machines, Generators, IEC LV Motors and PG Service) and 6 P&Ls. Responsibilities include Sourcing for both direct materials and indirect material, LBU Supplier Quality Management and LBU Logistics Management.
ABB Motor and Generator China SCM team in charge of all SCM activities for China’s five factories and seven Profit Centers, also responsible for China Sourcing for oversea LBUs, the total spend in 2011 will reach 300Millions US Dollars for LBU China and 150Millions US Dollars for export.
The team is formed by 46staff and mainly constituted with 4 teams: Regional Raw materials Category Manager, Regional fabrication Category Manager, Regional Components Category Manager and Supplier Quality Manager.
