My designed unit has the capacity to serve up to 5000 meals a day. It also organizes many large functions up to 500 attendees such as workshop, symposium meetings ect.,

Responsibilities for all menus, cost control, staff training marketing and all the other aspects of the operation. Lead 56 staff.
Frequently updated all A la Carte Menus. Identified and executed staff training needs to increase efficiency.
Responsible for and ran hotel operation in EXECTIVE CHEFS Absence.
Lowered cost of food by utilizing more local products Responsible for providing guests with great food and superior service, in line with the hotel standard. In doing so it is expected that all efforts be directed towards guest satisfaction and hence high departmental.
