Help & resources of local OC, SHO & Div Med Br was utilized to see the completion of this project.

(f)Baby Show for all Troops families of Yol & Palampur (Himachal Pradesh )for Age groups 0-06 months, 06months -01yr, 01yr-03yrs to encourage Healthy Child rearing practices on 08 Nov 2010. 350 families had registered their names for the same.

(g)NALS Workshop: conducted in MH Yol under the aegis of deptts of obstetrics & pediatrics along with the Kangra chapter of IAP for nursing officers of MH Dharamshala, Yol & Palampur(Himachal Pradesh) local MO's, MD/DNB/DCH pediatric trainees of MLB medical college, Jhansi & local private, govt hospital, rly hospital & distt. hospital practitioners on 28 Mar 2010 ". The agenda included introduction of the topic & extent of the problem of birth asphyxia by self, followed by a pre-test questionnaire, transition physiology by the service obstetrician posted, bag & mask ventilation by self, chest compression by a senior consultant in pediatrics from a private hospital & medications by professor in pediatrics of RP medical college, Tanda , finally concluding by a summing up by self after a NALS Demonstration by the nursing officers & post-test questionnaire
