JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Do the opening of the Restaurant. Talking the key of the Restaurant, the pity cash and the meal plan (list of names of guest's and their room who avails to dine in the buffet) from the reception.
• Preparing the drinks for the buffet.
• Checking dining tables for table set up.
• Doing the opening and closing of inventories of items offered through the restaurant, café, and bar.
• Serve guest orders.
• Do the basting out.
• Do the drying of plates, glasses and utensils.
• Taking orders to the guest taking the ala carte menu.
• Serving orders for room service.
• Prepares and make the orders from the Café (Barista).
• Do on the casher ( whatever the order in you punch into your account on the system in the casher)
• Prepare drinks on the Bar. (Cocktails and Mack tails)
• Prepare break for the Department Heads (like their preferred drinks, like their preferred coffee or tea or juices).
• Prepare use tables for new occupants.
• Clean and freshen the array of buffet tables after the buffet for the other next day.
• Check and complete the set up of the tables after the buffet.
• Do the closing of shift in the casher system for all the cash, officer checks, and complimentary given throughout the duty.
• Do the returning of pity cash and keys also the surrendering of sales on the reception.
• For shifting, we do the endorsement of the entire restaurant, bar and café matters to the next shift.

• Preparing own tools, equipment's and cleaning materials.
• Attending daily briefings from the designated supervisors in charge before each duty.
• Reloading own linen bag before doing rooms or proceeding to the designated floor.
• Checking condition of the area of responsibility, such as landing areas, hallways and pantries or store rooms, maintaining the cleanliness as needed before and after each duty.
• Handling a 12 to 15 rooms a day with different types as assigned.
• Conducting room checks on prescribed time as stated on SOP's such as checking of minibars consumptions, laundress and illegal occupants and most specially to determine the reporting condition of the house or the room.
• looking after the maintenance of cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation in assigned guest rooms with the compliance to the standard operating procedures (SOP's)
• Do the checking of rooms (mini bar consumption, guest rooms supplies linens and other amenities and set up) upon guest check outs for possible charges. Coordinates with the Housekeeping Department for the billing of late charges
• Reports all noted damages and out of order facilities including defective cleaning equipment's, busted bulbs, torn carpets, cracks on walls, defective sinks and toilet bowls, clogged floor drain, ceiling leaks, defective locks, etc.
• Reports all unusual incidents, complaints and preferences of house guests, unauthorized entry of suspicious persons in guest rooms as well as guests who are sick or in critical conditions.
• Returning tools, equipment's and cleaning materials on designated storage rooms.
• Turn over all lust and found to the Housekeeping Coordinator or any person in charge.
• Submit daily accomplishment's reports to the supervisor to be counter signed
• Returning issued keys to the Housekeeping Coordinator.
