• Manage the daily operation of gift shops maintaining high levels of customer service, staff motivation, stock presentation, daily administration and financial management
• Meet client expectations by promoting positive customer relations and displaying a positive attitude as an example to staff
• Supervise 14 staff, motivating to actively seek out sales, monitor and report on quality and operational issues

• Check off stock received for accuracy/quality and record damages and shortages
• Ensure purchases are kept under budget, and provide budget reports
• Update stock information on Task Manager, entering invoices for payment, setting up new products, maintenance of database (stock)
• Match invoices with purchase orders and check for discrepancies with amount ordered/price negotiated
• Set up new product/supplier codes and staff codes and maintain up to date product list using Task Manager
• Count stock, price and print barcodes, conduct annual stocktakes and ensure audit...
