Dr Merima Isakovic is a Clinical Psychologist who lived in NZ for 14 years. Merima originally came to New Zealand from former Yugoslavia in 1996. She became a Clinical Psychologist after completing PhD in Psychology at Victoria University and PgDipClinicalPsychhology Master Degree Level with Massey University in New Zealand. Merima has been living in Australia since July 2010. From 2011 - 2014, she worked as Discipline Principal of Psychology for the ACT Mental Health, Justice Health & Alcohol and Drug Services. Since 2014 she works exclusively through her private practice: AAG Clinical Psychology Practice.

Merima is Primary Supervisor for Colleague Psychologists/Registrars and University Students enrolled in Pg/Doc programme. She has also been appreciated by senior clinicians/Medical Specialist, as a Consultant helping them to better manage the needs of their clients.

Merima works with people of all ages, who experienced severe depression, anxiety, trauma, Panic Attacks, OCD,... relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues... with focus on improving coping skills, couple/personal relationship, work relationship, as well as facilitating personal rehabilitation following suicidal attempts, medical health issues, professional recovery and return to work, performance enhancements ... Merima is highly regarded therapist who is well attuned to her Clients

Merima is conducting Neuropsychological Assessments when necessary, to supplement thorough clinical assessment.
