To make a route list daily for the maintenance staff for their respective clients.
To dessiminate maintenance staff daily to their clients as assign for them.
To monitor service maintenance staff in their routes from time to time through calling them in mobile phone.
To verify clients if the compalints and request was already done by the service maintenance staff.
To check clients everyweek regarding the products and services of our company for further improvements.
To entertained incoming calls of clients regarding complaints, request and inquiry.
To provide an excellence performance service to the clients to ensure a quality customer service.
To maintain good rapport to the clients to acquire loyalty.
To perform a prompt action regarding customers needs.
In service crew - which means a person is involved in an organization which she or he was a part of an event organizer, He or she has to render service to the people who will attend the events, like ushers them, serve them some foods or drinks or entertained them in their inquiry about the events.
To make daily schedule for the operators and the maintenance staff in their respective clients.
To received incoming calls from clients regarding informations, inquiry, complaints and request.
To make a prompt action from the clients complaints and request wih refards to the products and services of the company.
