Weekly and monthly budget report to CEO and Administration Manager – Middelburg
Ensuring filling is up to date and the office runs smoothly
Booking of Accommodation for facilitators when needed
Assist with Tender and Vendor documents when needed
Arrange refreshments for meetings when required
Visiting clients and delivering of Certificates to them when training is completed
Prepare Agenda’s and packs for our bi-weekly Operational meeting
Attending Bi-weekly Operational meeting with the CEO
Taking minutes in meetings and typing up of minutes
