I have strong interpersonal skills (i.e. telephony, communication, active listening and customer-care) and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. I am able to problem solve and have advanced administrative skills. I am able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and know how to prioritise workloads. I understand and adhere to policies, procedures, standards and relevant legislation. I understand and uphold confidentiality. I work well both in a team environment and independently, am self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment and I am very committed to any role I undertake.
