Sub - Request for salary increment
Dear Dr.Mira Govindarajan,
I am writing to request a meeting to review my salary. I have been an employee of Fortis Malar Hospitals for 2 years.
Throughout my tenure, my roles and responsibilities have increased from Patient file auditing to till date work, additionally I have implemented few procedures for our Hospital development, which helps for our betterment service to the patients. Mentioned below are the few new implementations,
1. Drug Information Centre.
2. Pharmacy Therapeutic committee.
3. ADR reporting (Adverse drug reaction filing).
4. Drug & Food Allergy Stickers.
5. Drug formulary.
6. Meeting Representatives - Company validation for making quality drug availability in the pharmacy.
While my responsibilities have increased greatly during this time, my salary has not. My current annual salary package is 2lacs per annum which is lesser than my previous company's package (Rs.3.25lacs per annum).
I continually receive excellent marks on my reviews, leading me to believe that you think my work is excellent.
Due to the high cost of living and I am in a position to give additional financial support to my family. I would like to request you to give Rs.5500/- per month salary increment for my performance.
I also ensure to strive continuously for the growth of our company.
