C-5 A Galaxy extensive Modified & Upgrade Job completed with CAE Montreal Canada &Tampa Reps.
• Reading blueprints for modification of the Cockpit & swaping all Analog Instrumentation to Glass Cockpit.
• Removed all old analog hardware, Software & removed all Cableing (wireing harneses)
• Built all new wireing harneses to replaced all old cabling, computers, Cabinets & upload new software
• Engineering station panel’s, circuit breaker Modification, Pilot & Co-Pilot Instrumentation panel’s and center Council Modification & Complete Installation of the VESDA- Smoke detection system.
We also handle Relocation of full Simulators
• Power Off to Power On Relocation
• Disconnect all Electrical wiring from Computer Cabinets to Simulator
• Disconnect all Computer Cabinets and Instruments Control Cabinets and main Power Supply Cabinet
• Pull out all Electrical wiring from under flooring
• Label all Electrical wiring destinations from Simulator to Power Computer Cabinets
• Disconnect all Visual System Components including Projectors, Mylar Mirror and BP
• Complete Hydraulic Pumps and Hydraulics disassembling and re assembling at new location
• Prepare packages and all items for relocation with correct inventory tracking number
• Compressor & Tools for job completion and Telescopic Forklift-Loader, Industrial Forklift, 32’Scissors Lift, Heavy Duty Crane Hoists if available at Job site,
• Also worked on MD11, MD80, C5 and others Simulation

• Maintained multiple on-air play list using LOUTH Automation System and PROBELL Automation.
• Maintained operating logs and discrepancy reports for determining corrective action.
• Monitored a series of different channels to ensure the qualities of audio and video levels are correct.
• Checked for Cue tones, Banners, Rating and Squeze to come in at correct times, append playlist, monitor miranda XG and Deko.
• Worked with Mod & Engineers to resolve on air problems.
