Summary:

I am currently working in a Special Needs School for Children with Autism and Complex Needs as a Special Needs Assistant. I have been working in this School for 7 years and I have gained extensive knowledge of the running of a mainstream setting along with the principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis. I am also currently in my third year of Applied Social Studies and also volunteer each year in an orphanage in Belarus which houses Children affected and who continue to be affected by the Chernobyl fallout. I have also done private programmes with Special Needs Children in their own home working on their Social and Educational Needs and also doing some physiotherapy work with them.

I am currently in a care and support role and working under the guidance and supervision of the Principal and the class teacher and from working in this setting I have gained extensive knowledge of working in a mainstream educational setting along with having the opportunity to gain experience in Applied Behavioural Analysis.

I volunteer each year in an orphanage in Belarus which houses Children affected and who continue to be affected by the Chernobyl fallout and I also enjoy running the women's mini marathon each year for different charities.
