My main responsibilities are ensuring the salesfloor is commercial through analysising sales reports and making commerical decisions.
* Ensuring customer service is a key prioirty with all staff, and encourage link selling.
* Encouarge customer's into the store thorugh commercial layouts, exciting visual and window displays.
* Analyzing KPI reports including daily departmental figures, poor sellers, best sellers, space management in order to increase sales.
* Profit Protection and Health & Safety issues are identifed and action is taken.
* Managing the store in the manager's absence.
* Managing recruitment events for new starters.
* Other office duties including conference calls, updating payroll information, stationery orders etc.
* Managing and actioning delivery process.
My main responsibilities include increasing and maximizing sales and effectively leading the team to carry out daily duties.
* Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered
* Merchandising and commercial standards are maintained
* Analyzing KPI reports inlcuding sales figures, poor sellers, best sellers, space management, customer orders, and link selling.
* Recruitment - Interviews and selection
* Inductions for new starters and training and development.
* Use incentives to motivate team to boost sales and maximize results
* Monitor and manage team performance through appraisals, disciplinary and other HR procedures.
* Managing man-hours by actioning daily/weekly rota's.
* Management of Time & Attendance involving actioning compliance reports, and conducting return to work meetings.
* Opening & closing the store
* Banking - including cashing up, over and shorts, securicor pickup's.
* Managing the store in store manager's absence.
* Planning and organizing key events - sale, stock take.
* Stock control - delivery of stock, new lines, stock loss.
* Management of health and safety and staff security checks.

My role of responsibility was to help support and assist the sales manager with the daily running of the sales floor and the team to achieve results and act as sales manager in their absence.
