I have been in customer service for over 9 years over 2 different companies, shop direct group and albany assistance, both to which customer service is paramount to me and the customers I deal with . I always ensure that all queries are resolved to the best of my ability and in line with company procedures. I strive to provide help and support for all customers to provide them with the best experience I can and they deserve.
