Project leader for data demand and use where I developed a district reporting tool in excel, lead m&e development and managed a website for some time.
The district reporting tool is a data for action tool that identify key bottlenecks in the health system and key enablers resulting in the the development of a key technical assistance packages that will unlock the bottlenecks and improve the quality of implementation. The key technical assistance or implementation status are monitored monthly across your chosen interventions using a 6-point scale. In addition a dashboard shows where you are and whether trends are moving in the right direction.

Enhancing Strategic Information
Team leader in the systems design, database design, development and management of a partner information management system for PEPFAR. The first tools were developed in excel and when it worked it was replicated online.

Experienced project manager in development-type projects, especially monitoring and evaluation including qualitative and quantitative research.
The RMCH was recently rated as one of the best DFID-funded projects world-wide.
I developed a monitoring and evaluation tool that assists managers in measuring the performance of a project as well as measuring the stages of interventions using a 6-point scale. This tool was adopted by three provinces in South Africa irrespective of the fact that the RMCH are only implementing in selected districts. During August 2014 the Minister of Health presented dashboards I've developed during a MomConnect Roadshow and launch.
