I work full-time at The Woodman as Duty Manager and in charge of promotional work including sales of bookings, running local events and being the principal Entertainments Co-ordinator. I have tripled the takings at certain events and I am being trained to become Assistant Manager and studying NVQ Level 4 in Management & Hospitality. My duties include running team shifts, providing the best customer service to our guests, assisting the kitchen staff with cooking and prep work, stock control, replenishment, line cleaning, cashing up, holding team meetings and end-of-day business.

Working as a Temporaries Consultant I ran my own desk obtaining new business for Reed. This included canvassing new jobs through cold calling, referrals, meetings and presentations. I also sourced and screened candidates and ensured all registrations were fully compliant. I also marketed candidates to clients through cold calling, e-shots and drops. I created marketing plans and recorded success on KPI Tracker and produced advertisements to attract new candidates. Other tasks included processing holiday pay, timesheets and expenses. I always achieved 100% sales targets and am competent in Oracle systems, Pfizer MSP and Microsoft office.

I worked part-time at Elements Nightclub serving customers at this very popular bar and was relied upon to assist in promotional work such as "Special Events Nights". My duties also included customer service, replenishment, cashing up, membership and reception.

As a Customer Accounts Manager I advised on short, medium and long-term savings and guaranteed equity bonds. I also advised on home insurance cover, life cover, critical illness cover, banking, credit cards and loans. I was trusted to manage my own daily diary which included appointments already booked for me with the added responsibility of interviewing customers on demand. I carried out regular proactive telephone calling and service calling and dealt with queries and regular banking to assist my work colleagues. I always achieved 110% per quarter, 140% per month and was Top CAM in the country in 2009.

As Entertainments Manager I had total responsibility for organising and hosting all the entertainments and activities programmes for the Sheerness Holiday Park's holiday home owners and their children. This included the main Holiday Village Club and the Children's Loopy Club. I produced many new ideas for this holiday park, motivating holidaymakers and their families to take part in new activities, games and entertainment. I was responsible for all the monies taken from Bingo and other games, competitions and raffles and in charge of all the expenses for the entertainments team which I managed on a 24-hour basis. I personally designed all the new advertisements and programmes for the entertainments department and took over the management and training of the entertainments staff. I was responsible for doubling the entertainments department's cash income and for a 25% increase in holiday makers purchasing holiday homes.

Each year, when the holiday park shut down over the winter months, I was employed by Tinies Childcare Agency as a Temporary Nursery Nurse because of my experience with organising and entertaining children. I would travel to various children's nurseries in and around Surrey, including the well-known "Leapfrog" nurseries. I cared for and entertained children from babies up to 5 years.
