Duties Included:
Weekly wages - 240 staff
Monthly Salaries - 50 staff
Recon normal and overtime hours from clock cards to blick printouts;
Create, maintain and termination of employees;
Capture hours, annual leave, sick leave, iod hours, staff loans, advances; garnishees, unions, telephone deductions etc.
Vip reports;
Timely printing and distribution of payslips;
Export general ledger;
Import of remuneration into Standard Bank Cats system;
Handle all wage and salary queries;
Administration, reconciliation and payments of: Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Funeral Fund; Group life; Staff loans, Advances and Garnishees;
Creation and maintenance of Personnel files;
Reporting monthly on absenteeism, overtime hours, disciplinaries issued and staff turnover;
Tax year end - consultant assisted
Minute taking in hearings for Human Resource Manager.
