Developed a virtual team to support the business across multiple disciplines, developing knowledge within Kleinwort Benson of the Fixed Income business.

Created a recruitment strategy with selected head-hunters as well as direct hiring to cover London, Munich and Singapore
Established monthly financial reviews with Finance to keep control of costs, reporting revenue and new business opportunities to the Executive Committee.
