Intelligent Transport System (ITS) for Lahore Ring Road
>Involved in the design, installation, supervision and handing over of ITS involving subsystems like slow speed weigh in motion, electronic toll collection, video surveillance system and digital messaging system.
>Prepared a concept paper on Installation of Weigh In Motion System for Lahore Ring Road.
Design of Sewerage Treatment Network for Wilayat Al-Musanah Oman
Involved in the design of instrumentation and control system for the sewerage treatment network. The system includes design of pumping station, lift station, sewerage treatment plant and two control rooms for automatic control and monitoring of pumps and motors and Telecommunication system comprising optical fiber network. Involved in preparation of bidding document, PID and cost estimate.
Quetta Integrated Video Surveillance System (QIVSS)
Involved in the planning, design, installation and commissioning of 500 plus CCTV surveillance cameras for the monitoring of the entire Quetta city. Have also worked as a proposal manager for this project. Project includes defining critical areas of this city for surveillance with local police, preparation of layout drawings of the area to be monitored with the camera and preparation of bidding document, supervision and commissioning.
Iran Pakistan Gas Pipe line project
>Working as a pillar member of the team working on this famous project. Involved in understanding and evaluation of FEED (Front End Engineering Design) prepared by another consultant, evaluation of technical and financial proposal of Iranian Contractor for the Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS), SCADA, metering, instrumentation and telecommunication system for the 785km long gas pipe line. >Formulated comments on the submitted technical proposal.
>Involved in bid evaluation.
Construction and Auxiliary Works for Khanki Barrage
Involved in the preparation of technical specifications, schedule of technical data and Bid evaluation for Instrumentation Control & Telecommunication System including CCTV Video surveillance system, automatic gate positioning system, water level measurement and negative water uplift pressure measurement using piezo-meters.
Design of Navigational aids for New Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad (NBBIA)
>Involved in formulating specifications of Doppler VHF Omni-directional Range (DVOR), Instrument Landing System (ILS), Automatic Weather Observation System (AWOS), Voice Communication Control System (VCCS) and VHF/UHF communication system.
>Wrote a concept paper on feasibility of GPS based Navigational aids for Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad.
Rehabilitation and Modernization of Jinnah Barrage
>Prepared design of Monitoring Control and Telecommunication System (MCTS) which includes electronic sensors for gate position, water level and motor current; CCTV surveillance system, negative water uplift pressure measurement and dual redundant optical fiber system for data transmission and VHF radio dispatch system.
>Developed a system for interfacing Jinnah Hydro Power Plant with Jinnah barrage by using SCADA data gateway.
>Working on all phases of this project starting from design to the site handing over.
