• Implementing and practicing Employee Motivational Programs, employee engagement ,Dipsticks & Loyalty programms.Staff welfare Act
• Planning & organizing team activities, office functions & celebrations for development of harmonious work culture within the organization.
• HR review presentations, HR expense management and control, and deciding HR objectives.
• To design Performance Appraisal Form and implement the PMS system.
• Conducting exit interviews, identifying reasons of attrition, analysis of attrition, action planning and implementation.
• Handle Union ,and their demands and issues, conduct monthly meetings with the Union
• Design training calendars
• Drive departmental trainings with the HOD s
• Conduct internal audits
• Understand guest feedback with the help of comment cards
• Prepare monthly training reports
• Identify training needs and analysis
