• First line of support for Telecoms clients.
• Log and report faults accordingly and follow through until call is closed.
• Schedule technician's day, log their times and close calls off. Collect necessary paperwork from technicians and clients for record purposes. Quote clients, order required stock and do necessary paperwork.
