I have extensive knowledge and vast experience in highly specialised information management areas with specific focus on change management and operational expectancies. My greatest achievement was successfully implementing the launch of the new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for the City of Cape Town, including the systems architecture and the integration into the IS&T managed environment. I was responsible for managing the implementation team, training employees in all areas of the DAM system, as well as advising management on the strategic and operational requirements of the project and its systems.
