Centrelink Advocate permanent part time
Responsibilities include maximising client's Centrelink payments and financial guidance as well as ensuring my clients were receiving their correct entitlements.

Executive Assistant

November 2007 - January 2008

Responsibilities included organising the Area Manager's weekly diary and management. Co-ordinating all meetings and schedules, organising all travel and accommodation. I was also responsible for the taking of the minutes at general meetings as well as the registering of correspondence and the updating of all relevant information.

Responsibilities included internal and external recruitment and collating all information for different selection committees. Reviewing all incoming resumes, and applying them to the appropriate departments within Centrelink.

Responsibilities included interviewing and processing customer claims. Assessing customer's life events and applying the appropriate assistance. Answering telephone enquiries from customers and the call centres.

Families team representative for the Wellbeing Committee. Acting Fire Warden Officer and Social Club representative.

Front Desk Receptionist permanent full time


Responsibilities included the taking of reservations, supervising guests upon arrival and departure. Ensuring that guests every need and comfort were of five star qualities. Balancing daily takings and ensuring the safety of any monies & guests possessions whilst at the hotel.

Other tasks were to enlighten guests of forthcoming events in the Yarra Valley and surrounds, and to make any necessary reservations for guests and clients attending conferences.

Public Relations/Sales part time


Responsibilities included taking clients through refurbished buildings and apartments that had been renovated in the CBD, South Melbourne and Parkville areas.

Front Desk Receptionist permanent full time


Responsibilities included receiving and receipting all rentals and the writing up and banking of all rental trust and sales deposits. Handling all front desk procedures including answering all enquiries regarding properties available for sale and well as rental stock.
