(b)Ensure 100% attainment of collection target in your region.
(c)visit each showroom in your region at least once a week.
(d)Visit each account on a regular basis and ensure each showroom collects 100% of outstanding amounts monthly.
(e)Constantly monitor field collection and remittance activities of the showroom of the area.
(f)Supervise and ensure credit operation.
(g)Monitor and report arrearage and receivable condition of the Area and take appropriate action to keep under control.
(h)Physical check shop Manger's record & product and ensure that those are maintained properly and remittances are being made as per sales policy for both cash and hire sales.
(i)Check hire accounts in field level and ensure that the collected installment amounts is being remitted to the head office properly.
(j)Plan and ensure maintanacee of required stock of products at shop and ensure that FIFI system is followed strictly.
(k)Take necessary action to resolve audit finding of the Area and report progress weekly.Report any deviation found in the shop(s)immediately to the management with a view to solve the problems as soon as possible.
(l)Visit each showroom monthly and spend minimum 15 days a month with the showrooms Managers to improve collection and monitor all activities in depth.
(m) Visit customers, accounts and parties to ensure and improve collection.
(n)Talk to the Head of Sales daily (at least once)and furnish weekly and monthly report to the area and tour plan as per policy on time.

(l)Ensure all orders and internal transfers (if any)are properly documented.
(m)Maintain and update all register, book, reports on a regular basis as per company guidelines.
(n)You are responsible for image maintenance for EMMA and HSEL.
