Major Job responsibilities and tasks:
• To ensure that project approaches are fully understood and implemented effectively by field staffs.
• Ensure that all of the activities are implementing in accordance to logical framework, M&E plan & project proposal and strengthen the Monitoring and Evaluation System within the project.
• Facilitation of participatory poverty analysis tools (PPA/PLA) and all M&E methodologies, tools & techniques i.e. beneficiary's selection process, beneficiary's household base line survey (CMS1), beneficiary's impact assessment (CMS2), PM&PE, PIA, etc with the project staffs as well as field. Provide support and assistance to PO, field staffs, Data Enumerators, Volunteers & UP's for capacity building on understanding the M&E/reporting/data collection/database system.

Social and Economic Transformation of the Ultra Poor (SETU) Project.

Project Purpose: Targeted extreme poor beneficiaries households of Northwest Bangladesh will be economically, socially and politically empowered.
Project Objectives: Women and men of targeted extreme poor households are empowered to collectively address the causes of their economic, social and political exclusion that keep them in extreme poverty.
The project has five (05) outputs:
Output 1: extreme poor beneficiaries' households will have sustainable income/livelihoods through different businesses and income generating activities (Economic empowerment);
Output 2: Strengthen community solidarity to sustain the gain achieved through a process of 'Community-led Development' (Social Inclusion);
Output 3: Union Parishads along with govt. service providers are supported to develop improved capacity, downwards accountability and responsiveness for engaging with and meeting the development needs of extreme poor women and men (Participatory Inclusive Governance);
Output 4: The most marginalized groups (i.e. differently-able' people, natural disaster affected HHs, Asset-lost BHHs) have been given special supports to gain economic solvency (Special support for most marginalized groups) and
Output 5: Nutrition interventions (nutritional supports to women, adolescents, children of the targeted BHHs).
