JP Mbavumoja Paluku Mathe: Advanced Design in Infrastructure Planning and Programme/Project Management, Construction management, Water specialist, Road specialist, Housing specialist and Strategic planning.
JP has extensive experience in the Infrastructure services sector dating back to his 1995 involvement with the DPLG, DWAF, NPW, Housing National and Provincial, Several District, Local Municipalities, including Metros, and some Utilities like Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA). He has an in-depth knowledge and skills in working with multi-disciplinary teams at programme/project implementation and strategic management levels. He also has a broad spectrum of Government’s inter-departmental programmes that he co-ordinated through the Local Economic Development (LED), CMIP/MIG Sustainable Rural Development Programme (ISRDP) managed at Provincial Level (Free State).
The other assignment entailed the management of Water Sanitation at COJ. He is currently involved in the establishment of the Programme/Project Management Office (PMO), Regional Professional Team (RPTs) and Professional Resource Team (PRTs) at Housing in Gauteng and COJ, Professional Management Resource Team, (PMRG) at Gauteng Dept of Public Transport Roads and Works managing the implementation of Roads, Hospitals, and Heritage Project at Provincial level. This Assignment was under the umbrella of the EPWP Programme
The current assignment entailed the management including of the coordination of the Learnership of the Expended Public Works Programme (EPWP) at Johannesburg Road Agency (JRA). He recently involved in the development of the implementation plan of the EPWP Programme/for the new financial year 2010-2011, considering the various programmes from EPWP champions within JRA.
