BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

My job description in Jordan was a beverage director and restaurant manager for a huge company called: ATICO FAKHRLDINE GROUP.
Regarding the restaurant, i have done the feasibility study, trained the crew (22 members between floor and bar for 200 seats) and managed the whole place including F&B,hosting area, menus, store,and the back area.
This restaurant is called OOBE (out of the box experience) it's a lounge rest and bar,a casual five stars dinning,
I have chosen the appropriate food menu including tasting, suggestion prices and made a special beverage menu.
According to the beverage I prepared more than twenty menus within two years for fourteen outlets,moreover I trained the beverage crew (35 members) and produced my own regular and molecular mixology cocktails (using liquid nitrogen <LN2>,dry ice and flaming products)
I used to do the weekly spot check for the outlets.
I was responsible for the beverage outside catering of the company
I did five wine lists
I attended many wine training and tasting
I got many certificates (wine,molecular mixology and body language).
Direct contact with the suppliers
I didn't have any assistant.

I started as a bartender ,, then i got my promotion (bar manager on T.G.I downtown ) i managed the whole place including the bar and the inventory.

Deliver the highest quality service to customers in all conditions through communication and teamwork. The job also focuses on leadership skills, problem solving, working under pressure, and time management.
