These are my job responsibilities:
1. Monitor tax deadlines, prepare returns & request payments through Electronic payments system for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) tax dues.
2. Prepares monthly Bank reconciliation, aging of receivables, monthly reports for sales & collection performance of Professional Sales Executive (PSE), monthly sales target, branch stock transfer, inventory reconciliation, statement of accounts for customers, encodes collections & expenses and prepares journal entries for accruals, prepayments & any necessary adjustments on accounting entries.
3. Ensure financial records are current and up to date, keep records of every financial transaction of the business and reconcile the accounts to make sure they balance every month.
